The VIP Referral Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the BitnetX VIP Referral Program ("Program"), operated by BitnetX("Exchange", "we", "our", or "us").

The Program is designed to reward eligible users who actively promote BitnetX by referring genuine new users and building an active trading community. Qualified users who achieve VIP Member status may earn referral commissions based on the eligible Spot Trading Fees and Futures Trading Fees generated by their Direct Referrals.

Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to these Terms, the Exchange's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and all other applicable policies published by BitnetX.

For the purposes of these Terms:

Direct Referral means a new user who registers on BitnetXusing the Referrer's unique referral link or referral code.

Qualified Referral means a Direct Referral who has successfully completed a minimum deposit of 100 USDT and satisfies all applicable verification requirements.

Team Deposit means the cumulative amount of eligible deposits made by all Qualified Direct Referrals linked to the Referrer.

VIP Member means a Referrer who has successfully fulfilled all eligibility requirements specified under these Terms.
