The VIP Referral Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the BitnetX VIP Referral Program ("Program"), operated by BitnetX ("Exchange", "we", "our", or "us").
The Program is designed to reward eligible users who actively promote BitnetX by referring genuine new users and building an active trading community. Qualified users who achieve VIP Member status may earn referral commissions based on the eligible Spot Trading Fees and Futures Trading Fees generated by their Direct Referrals.
Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to these Terms, the Exchange's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and all other applicable policies published by BitnetX.
Participation in the VIP Referral Program is available to users who:

There is no maximum limit on the number of Direct Referrals a VIP Member may invite.
Qualified VIP Members may continue earning referral commissions from all eligible Direct Referrals, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the Program.
BitnetX reserves the right to periodically review the eligibility of all VIP Members.
Where a VIP Member no longer satisfies the Program requirements or violates any applicable policies, the Exchange may:

Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise specified.

The BitnetX VIP Referral Program is a promotional customer reward initiative designed to encourage genuine user referrals and platform engagement. Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship between the participant and BitnetX. Referral commissions are earned solely from eligible Spot Trading Fees and Futures Trading Fees generated by Qualified Direct Referrals and are subject to these Terms, applicable laws, and the Exchange's operational policies.
BitnetX reserves the exclusive right to interpret, administer, modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Referral Program and these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Any decision made by the Exchange regarding referral ownership, VIP qualification, commission calculation, fraud investigations, eligibility, compliance reviews, dispute resolution, or Program administration shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
