These User Agreement Terms (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the MEME AI Exchange website, mobile applications, trading platform, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any MEME AI Exchange services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any additional policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed due to security reviews, compliance checks, technical maintenance, or blockchain confirmation requirements. Minimum withdrawal limits and applicable fees may apply.

MEME AI Exchange may offer staking, rewards, earning, or promotional programs. Participation in these programs is voluntary and subject to additional terms. Users acknowledge that rewards are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated, estimated returns may vary, staking services may involve lock periods, and market conditions may impact rewards. MEME AI Exchange reserves the right to modify or discontinue any reward program at any time.
All content, branding, logos, software, designs, graphics, and materials available on MEME AI Exchange are the intellectual property of MEME AI Exchange or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
MEME AI Exchange reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if users violate this Agreement, engage in suspicious activities, breach applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access, or pose security or compliance risks. During investigations, withdrawals and platform access may be temporarily restricted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEME AI Exchange shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, market fluctuations, service interruptions, security breaches, third-party failures, delayed transactions, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages. All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
MEME AI Exchange implements security measures designed to protect user accounts and digital assets. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), protecting account credentials, monitoring account activity, and maintaining secure devices and networks. You acknowledge that cybersecurity risks exist within the digital asset industry.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and reporting to regulatory authorities.
MEME AI Exchange continuously evaluates digital assets listed on the Platform to maintain a secure, transparent, and high-quality trading environment. MEME AI Exchange reserves the right to list, suspend, restrict, or delist any digital asset, trading pair, or project at its sole discretion and without prior notice where necessary.
Digital assets may be evaluated based on factors including: project credibility, security and smart contract integrity, market demand, liquidity, community development, regulatory considerations, technical stability, and risk exposure to users.
MEME AI Exchange may suspend or delist a digital asset if: the project violates laws, security risks are identified, liquidity is insufficient, fraudulent activities are detected, the team becomes inactive, or the asset creates operational, compliance, or reputational risks.
Before or after delisting, MEME AI Exchange may suspend deposits/withdrawals, disable trading pairs, or restrict transfers. Immediate action may be taken in urgent security or compliance situations.
Users acknowledge that delisted assets may lose value or liquidity, trading may become unavailable, and withdrawals may only remain open for a limited period. Users are responsible for monitoring announcements.
Where appropriate, MEME AI Exchange may publish announcements regarding delisting schedules, suspension timelines, withdrawal deadlines, and risk warnings.
MEME AI Exchange shall not be liable for losses caused by asset delisting, reduced liquidity, price volatility, trading interruptions, project failures, or regulatory restrictions.
MEME AI Exchange may place certain assets under enhanced monitoring or “Special Treatment” status before delisting, which may involve risk warnings and trading limitations.
All decisions made by MEME AI Exchange are final and made in the interest of user protection, platform security, compliance obligations, market integrity, and operational stability.
Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations related to cryptocurrency transactions conducted on MEME AI Exchange. MEME AI Exchange does not provide tax advice.
Your use of MEME AI Exchange is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of information in accordance with our policies.
The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services, applications, or websites. MEME AI Exchange is not responsible for third-party content, external services, wallet providers, payment processors, or external security practices. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
MEME AI Exchange shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, internet failures, blockchain disruptions, power outages, war, or civil unrest.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which MEME AI Exchange operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through applicable legal procedures and dispute resolution mechanisms.

By creating an account or using MEME AI Exchange services, you acknowledge that you have read this User Agreement carefully, understand the associated risks, agree to comply with all applicable terms and policies, and accept full responsibility for your use of the Platform.
