The “Special Treatment” (“ST”) mechanism is a risk management and compliance framework used by MEME AI Exchange to identify digital assets or projects that may no longer satisfy the Platform’s listing standards, security expectations, liquidity requirements, or regulatory compliance conditions.
Projects designated under Special Treatment status are placed under enhanced monitoring and review and may face suspension or delisting if identified concerns are not resolved within the observation period.

Projects under Special Treatment are considered higher risk than standard listed assets.
MEME AI Exchange may place a project under Special Treatment status if one or more of the following situations occur:
Projects showing insufficient liquidity, extremely low trading volume, prolonged inactivity, or significant order book instability may be considered for Special Treatment review.
A project may receive ST designation if smart contract vulnerabilities are identified, blockchain or protocol security concerns arise, critical bugs remain unresolved, wallet or network instability occurs, or technical infrastructure becomes unreliable.
Special Treatment may apply if the project or team becomes subject to legal investigation, regulatory concerns arise, compliance obligations are breached, or the asset may violate applicable laws or sanctions requirements.
Projects involved in market manipulation, wash trading, artificial volume generation, misrepresentation, false disclosures, fraudulent fundraising, rug pulls, or malicious activity may face immediate ST designation or direct delisting.
A project may be reviewed if the development team becomes inactive, public communication stops, key team members resign unexpectedly, development progress significantly declines, or the project abandons its roadmap.
Projects facing insolvency risks, bankruptcy proceedings, severe treasury issues, liquidity collapse, or operational shutdown may be designated as Special Treatment projects.
MEME AI Exchange may apply ST status if a project fails to provide requested documentation, maintain transparency, deliver required disclosures, respond to compliance inquiries, or meet listing obligations.
Projects causing significant community harm, security concerns, public controversy, trust deterioration, or platform abuse risks may be subject to Special Treatment review.
Assets experiencing extreme price instability, abnormal trading behavior, manipulative volatility, or severe market imbalance may receive additional monitoring or ST designation.
MEME AI Exchange reserves the right to designate any project under Special Treatment where it believes continued listing may harm users, create compliance risks, threaten platform integrity, or introduce operational instability.
Projects placed under Special Treatment status may enter an observation period during which MEME AI Exchange will monitor trading activity, review liquidity conditions, evaluate technical and operational improvements, assess regulatory or compliance developments, and communicate with project representatives when necessary. The duration of the observation period may vary depending on the nature and severity of identified risks.
Projects under Special Treatment may display a visible “ST” indicator, risk warning notifications, trading alerts, or user caution notices. These indicators are intended to inform users that the project is under elevated review and carries increased risk.
MEME AI Exchange may apply one or more restrictions to ST-designated assets, including: reduced trading support, suspension of deposits, suspension of withdrawals, trading limitations, reduced leverage availability, removal from promotional programs, or restricted participation in ecosystem products. Restrictions may be implemented without prior notice where necessary for security or compliance reasons.
Projects under Special Treatment may be delisted if identified risks remain unresolved, liquidity fails to recover, security vulnerabilities persist, compliance concerns escalate, the project becomes abandoned or inactive, or MEME AI Exchange determines that continued listing is unsafe. Upon delisting, trading pairs may be removed, deposits may be disabled, and withdrawals may remain available for a limited period. Users may be notified through official channels, and MEME AI Exchange reserves the right to determine delisting timelines at its sole discretion.
In severe cases involving security threats, fraud, criminal activity, regulatory violations, or user safety concerns, MEME Exchange may immediately suspend or delist a project without an observation period or prior notice.
A project may be removed from Special Treatment status if risks are satisfactorily resolved, liquidity improves, compliance concerns are addressed, technical issues are fixed, or operational stability returns. Removal of the ST designation remains solely at the discretion of MEME AI Exchange.

MEME AI Exchange shall not be liable for losses resulting from delisting, market declines, reduced liquidity, trading interruptions, asset devaluation, or technical disruptions related to ST-designated projects. All users assume full responsibility for risks associated with digital asset trading.
MEME AI Exchange reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Special Treatment Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of MEME AI Exchange services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
